SPECIALIZED SERVICES NATIVE GRASS ESTABLISHMENT |
|
Over the past 6 years government programs have put more emphasis on establishing native grasses for wildlife. While many of these recommendations are beneficial to wildlife, they can also differ greatly in how rural landowners evaluate a successful landcover change. Our experienced staff has integrated our extensive agricultural background with the expertise of on-staff wildlife biologists along with agency wildlife biologists to provide a result that exceeds the landowner's and habitat expert's goals. We have extensive experience working with the following habitat programs: |

| CRP: We have planted CRP in 15 states and have focused on such practices as: | |

| WRP: The Wetland Reservation Program has a large native grass component that when done correctly is essential to the viability of your wetland. | |
| WHIP: The Wildlife Habitat Incentive Program provides landowners a great opportunity to acquire cost share for land that does not have a cropping history. These projects often times are associated with the conversion of pasture, hay or fallow ground to native warm season grasses. FDC Enterprises can provide you with the expertise and experience with these often times technically difficult projects. | |
| EQIP: The Environmental Quality Incentive Program is another great program for producers to acquire cost share on non-cropland projects. FDC Enterprises has not only completed numerous EQIP projects but has helped form some of the rules for this program in a number of states. | |
| CREP: FDC Enterprises is the nation's leader in CREP establishment and have worked extensively on the: | |
